Grillin’ & Chillin’ 2025

Join us for a delicious weekend filled with a NC staple, BBQ and celebrate the return of everyone’s favorite amenity, the pool!

Ways to participate;

Book a lodging site at Emberglow for the weekend – Lodging, Primitive, and RV sites are available.

Cook – Bring your equipment and something to grill / smoke. Either cook at site or bring your stuff to the pavilion to throw down with the other grill masters.
Don’t cook – bring your appetite and your desire to learn more about grilling and smoking. Just tip the chefs for their hard work as you enjoy the fruits, well meats, of their labor.
Sample the goods – At the end of the day Saturday, everything that was cooked throughout the day, by guests and our grill masters, will be put out to taste test. Grill masters eat for free and observers contribute to a tip jar to be split between the grill masters.

There will be crafts and bingo for the family to enjoy while their meat is slow cooking.

Live music in the outdoor stage performed by the dynamic duo Marley’s Chain.
